   Hi guys, I am Florina, I am a certified Personal Trainer and Face Yoga Expert. When I decided to change my path in life (after having two degrees: one in IT and one in economics) I had a hard time deciding because I was very interested in cosmetics as well health and wellbeing.

I chose to be a personal trainer, mostly because of the energy that sports give you and I was passionate about nutrition, especially since I become a mum. When I first found out about Face Yoga I was really really interested because, you see, this is somehow the bridge in between my two passions. I now have years of experience and I am very happy and grateful I can be at your service by designing a wonderful program that can embody parts of both worlds.

WHAT IS FACE YOGA AND WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?


Face Yoga is a set of exercises for the posture, face, neck, and the scalp achieved by using self-massage, accessing acupressure points and lots of natural remedies. Once this discipline is introduced into your life, you should look more radiant, glowing and youthful. The aim is to help you relieve stress and give you a sense of well-being.

 

There are 57 muscles in the face and neck, all underneath the skin. By working the face and neck muscles the benefits would include:

Well, let’s see, what is going on with injectable substances?

 

There is a toxin called botulinum toxin-a neurotoxin of protein produced by a bacteria. A strong organic poison, once entered into the body’s digestive system it can cause severe damage, called botulism.

 

It is used in minute amounts can indeed freeze muscles but once this effect wears off, muscles become saggy. Therefore, more of this substance is needed, you can end up in a vicious circle.
